Hello sisters!

Daughters of Faith Community Bible Study have just completed our study on the Book of Job. We always finish with lunch and share testimonies of Gods faithfulness. What a day! This recent study and the women who have attended have blessed me beyond measure. Our faith is getting stronger as we depend on Jesus the author and finisher of our faith. Looking back, I have had regents in my life, but I have never regretted spending time in Gods word. In plenty and in want, His word breathes life into those that seek him with all their heart! The Bible says, the Lord restored Jobs life and blessed his latter life more than the first. This is our God who is alive and active today.

Please join women from your community on January 9, 2008, for our new study Broken into Beautiful. Every Wednesday from 12-1 pm at Southern Bank, 2310 Charles Boulevard, in the 2nd floor conference room; the Holy Spirit will be guiding us through the books of James and Philippians. Come see how you’re most recent battles can and will become something beautiful! There is no charge for attending, but we will always accept donations to Hope of Glory Ministries for our community outreaches and resource center.

Consider the following: 2 Corinthians 3:18 reads, But with all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. Jesus himself, said in Matthew 11:28, come to me all you who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Daughters of Faith Community Bible Study is this place where you can find rest and let Jesus minister His best! At the end of our time, I always invite those that want prayer to stay. Some of our sweetest times of rest are when we make our requests known to our heavenly father.
